Welcome to PermaPin. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PermaPin Chrome extension ("Extension"), website ("Site"), and any related services ("Services"). By installing or using PermaPin, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PermaPin is a Chrome extension that allows users to selectively choose which browser tabs should automatically reopen after a restart, crash, or normal close. The extension functions on the user's device and stores data locally unless the user upgrades to PermaPin Pro.
These Terms apply to both the free version of PermaPin ("Free Version") and the paid version ("PermaPin Pro").
PermaPin grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Free Version for personal or internal business use.
Upon purchasing PermaPin Pro, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to access Pro features on one or more devices you personally own or control.
Pro licenses are individual—not for teams or organizations unless explicitly purchased for that purpose.
